Junior Team Assistant

Key responsibilities in this role will include:-

  • You will be assisting the administration team with a wide range of administrative support
  • Provide back-up support to 4 personal assistants
  • Answering & directing of incoming calls
  • Meeting & greeting external visitors and clients
  • Filing
  • Maintaining kitchen & supplies
  • Ordering office stationary
  • Book couriers
  • Boardroom bookings
  • Organise catering for internal and external meetings
  • General work flow requests from the Business Services, Audit and Financial Services Departments.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 2 years administration experience, accounting industry experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Practical experience with MS word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Practical experience with LinkedIn and Twitter is favourable, but not essential
  • Pro-active
  • Well presented / professional presentation
  • Warm, "can do" attitude
  • Bubbly personality
  • Career aspirations to become a Personal / Executive Assistant
