The 2020 reporting season is sure to be an incredibly difficult period for boards, management teams and finance executives as they navigate their respective businesses beyond the COVD-19 pandemic while also reporting and disclosing the effects and impacts of COVID-19 on financial statements. Governance, strategy, financial control and cash flow management will need to be monitored on a regular basis during these testing times.
