Kate is a Partner at Walker Wayland NSW and a seasoned tax and business advisor, specialising in compliance, advisory, management accounting, and outsourced CFO services for both local and international organisations.

Kate is passionate about helping businesses reach their potential through planning, strategy and technology. She continues to deliver on that dedication to the benefit of clients and the Firm. In doing so, she has built a strongly engaged team to provide the means of delivering on client needs.

Her promotion to Partner in 2023 marked the continuation of her commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, mentoring her team, and contributing significantly to her Firm’s growth and development since joining Walker Wayland in 2018.

Her leadership extends beyond her immediate role. Kate accepted a role on the Walker Wayland Australasia Ltd Board in November 2024 in the role of Treasurer, she also currently serves as Chair of the Multi-Generational Advice Collaboration Group and previously led the Business Advisory Collaboration Group, driving key initiatives across the business.

Kate’s team-based approach has not only fostered a highly engaged culture within Walker Wayland NSW but has also been instrumental in enhancing its capabilities.

Kate’s qualifications include membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, reflecting her expertise and professionalism, and she is often asked to contribute her views at conferences and seminars throughout the Asia-Pacific.
